12 Week Customized Workout Program with Meal Plan


I create your individual program depending on your goals and what you want to accomplish.  I also create a personalized meal plan to excellerate your results.  This is not a one size fits all program.  I listen to your feedback and assess your needs as we go.  You will send weekly progress pictures as well as have access to me via text or email. You will also have access to your online workouts and track everything through my app.  In regards to the meal plan, I take your height, weight, age, body type and goals and create a 7 day meal plan according to your food preferences and calculated macros (carbs, fat, protein). Once you know your macros and learn how to eat for your body, you can implement flexible eating.  

7 Day Customized Macro Meal Plan  

If you do not wish to purchase the training plan, you can purchase the meal plan alone for $150.  When creating meal plans, I use MACROS to help you learn a balanced approach for life.  This is not a diet, this is a lifestyle.  You will recieve the meal plan according to your height, weight, age, body type and goals as well as yummy recipes according to your food preferences.  I tell you exactly what to eat every snack and meal so you can learn how to track yourself.  This meal plan also includes recipes, a grocery list, and all of your macros broken down for each meal and each day.



Accoutability Requirements 

You will be required to take measurements each month and send me your results along with a progress picture so I can assess how your body is reacting to the plan.
